Family days in Barcelona

We spent ten days in Barcelona with my family in law. Astrid struggled with speaking Spanish and not being able to express herself, as she wanted.

Luckily, you can do many activities without words, which still says a million things.

Like playing “La Oca” (the Goose) with iaia (grandmother in Catalan)

Like learning how to make orange juice

Like playing at the playground with her cousin Martina...

...and eating watermelon

Like watching her little brother bond with iaio (grandfather in Catalan)

and like playing cards in the park with her friend Ariadna

    1. Gracias Patricia! Y sí, el tiempo vuela demasiado rapido. Que tal estas? Hace mucho que no se nada de ti. Espero que sigues creando cosas bonitas con esas abujas de tejer. Un beso.

  3. You're the second blog I've read this morning that has vacationed in Barcelona. I'm thinking it's a sign LOL! Time with family is always so nice -- Looks like you had a wonderful time.

  4. Children are so resourceful. This is a nice reminder of all there is to share, even without a shared language.
